Although the program takes 56 days to complete, many users experience improvements before reaching the end of the 56-day period.

The effectiveness of the Night Owl Sleep Coach has been evaluated in a recent study, and the results were presented at the Sleep 2018 conference during a poster session. The findings demonstrated that the app effectively restores healthy sleep for individuals with insomnia. Notably, the users who completed the full program achieved the best results.

The app is based on the latest sleep science research and will guide you through a step-by-step process to rehabilitate your sleep.
