By utilizing sleep logs, the Night Owl Sleep Coach offers personalized recommendations tailored to your specific needs. The program requires daily tasks as you progress through the course. It's important to note that this is not a quick fix solution, but rather a comprehensive program that demands a significant investment of time and effort. Although the program takes 56 days to complete, many users experience improvements before reaching the end of the 56-day period.

The effectiveness of the Night Owl Sleep Coach has been evaluated in a recent study, and the results were presented at the Sleep 2018 conference during a poster session. The findings demonstrated that the app effectively restores healthy sleep for individuals with insomnia. Notably, the users who completed the full program achieved the best results.

If you suffer from insomnia, you understand the difficulty of falling or staying asleep and how it impairs your daytime functioning. The app is based on the latest sleep science research and will guide you through a step-by-step process to rehabilitate your sleep.
